Debitor and creditor accounting including the booking of input and output accounts and the maintenance and administration of debitor and creditor master files Creation and processing of input and output invoices in the SAP environment, taking into account tax requirements within the processes Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay Analysis, optimization and further development of debitor and creditor processes including electronic invoice formats (e.g. X invoice) Processing of enforcement, insolvency and dunning procedures in the customer and supplier environment Implementation of monthly and annual work in SAP FI, including account clarifications, demarcations and other accounting completion tasks Central contact for customers, suppliers and departments as well as participation in other financial processes, such as IC accounting and accounting processes in the financial sector

Successfully completed commercial training with relevant training (e.g. specialist for accounting IHK, specialist or accounting officer) or comparable knowledge and skills Very good knowledge of SAP SD and FI as well as a safe handling of popular MS Office applications Funded knowledge of the processes Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay as well as experience in handling enforcement and insolvency in customer business German language skills in word and writing Multiannual professional experience in creditor and debitor accounting High self-motivation, pronounced readiness to learn and a structured, solution-oriented Working together with team skills, commitment and reliability
