In order to strengthen our project team S/4 HANA at the Ettlingen site near Karlsruhe, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated project

Projektmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Test-/ Trainingssupport SAP S/4 HANA Ettlingen | Full time | from now on | limited to 28.02.2027

Work from the home office is possible in part. Several days of presence in Ettlingen per week are required.

The focus is on ensuring the successful preparation and execution of the test and training in the S/4 transformation project. By supporting the subprojects with empathic, self-motivated and independent working methods and reliable coordination of all required documents, you can significantly contribute to the success of the project. Documents and preparation Creation, versioning and maintenance of test and training relevant documents including clean storage structures (teams / SharePoint) Support in the creation of training materials (e.g. with articulates) and test documentation (e.g. Xray) Ensuring complete and quality-secured provision of all test cases, test data and training documents structuring and post-care of checklists, test catalogs and subscriber lists Coordination and organisation Date and resource coordination for all test and training phases (e.g. integration tests, UAT, Key‐User trainings) Planning and coordination of rooms, time windows, trainer/ subscriber availability Organization and moderation of kick-off appointments, reviews, voting formats and feedback Support in creating kick-off documents, test status reports, training progress lists and Lessons Learned Work and maintenance Partial project management and PMO cooperation, in particular: consolidation of feedback Keeping open test cases and training documents Ensure defined quality and documentation standards

Proactive retention of to-dos, open points and test deficiencies (Defects) via Jira / Xray Support in preparing cutover trainings and rollout workshops

Technical requirement Found experience in ERP implementations (S/4 preferred), in particular:Test Methods (E2E flows, Test Case Structures, Defect Processes) Training formats and learning logics

Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as desirable:Jira (boards, filters, dashboards) Xray (test case management, test executions, defect link) articulate

Advantage: Basic understanding of SAP module world (e.g. S/4-HANA SCM, FI/CO, ...; SAP C4C etc.) Personal requirement High capacity for self-organization in test and training phases with many parallel tasks Safe handling of complex dependencies and various stakeholders High reliability in documentation and maintenance of tasks Ability to communicate structured and empirically between IT, departments and external partners Hands-on mentality in intensive project phases (e.g. during test or training weeks)
