Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Innendienst - Niederlassung Donaueschingen Reference number: 355554 We are a dynamically growing branch in Donaueschingen and are looking for a targeted, decision-making and strategically thinking personality with a clear focus on results. They act pragmatically, take responsibility and consistently implement necessary measures. In the position of the sales team leader in the interior, you work closely with the branch management and actively support the strategic orientation. Your duties Financial control & controlling • Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the regional commercial management • Creation, analysis and control of economic indicators for decision-making • Identification of potential savings and development of optimization measures Control and analysis competence • Development and implementation of economic objectives in close cooperation with the branch management and the commercial directors • Analysis and control of business processes to increase efficiency • Coordination and optimization of operations in the commercial sector Human resources management & labour law • Responsibility for personal administrative processes (e.g. contracts, dismissals, terminations) • Advising and supporting operational executives in labour law and personalstrategic topics such as contract issues, dismissals and terminations Communication & Enforcement Strength • Ensuring clear and targeted communication within the team and with other departments • Sovereign decision-making and implementation strength • Intermediation between operational and commercial areas for process optimization Result orientation & own initiative • Proactive management and implementation of strategic projects in the commercial sector • Responsibility for sustainable improvements and efficiency enhancement • Self-promoting themes and objectives, even in challenging situations Leadership Experience & Team Control • Heading and further development of a commercial team at the Donaueschingen branch • Structured and targeted leadership with focus on efficiency and motivation • Ensuring the professional and disciplinary development of employees

Qualification: completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial businessman) or a study in the field of business management, economic management or a similar field Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the processing of operational commercial processes and experience in supporting strategic commercial processes, preferably in a leadership role with responsibility for earnings Controlling and analysis competence: experience in financial analysis, budget planning, order analysis and controlling to prepare and control economic indicators Quality management skills: Safe handling of process control to increase efficiency and enforce standards Software knowledge: Funded knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
