Research Consultant Banking (w|m|d)

In the zeb.research team, you work at the interface between consulting and research and support our customer projects, pitches and market studies with data-driven analyses. You analyze trends and challenges in the international banking and financial services sector, use modern technologies for AI-based analysis of markets, competitors and banking products, and make informed recommendations for our customers. You develop your own models, simulations and forecasts to answer complex questions and prepare informed decisions for our customers together with our consultants – for example, to develop central banks' KPIs. You bring in your ideas, proactively promote themes and actively shape the sustainable transformation of the banking and financial services industry. You work closely with consultants:inside and research-college:inside, in the office, remote or on-site at the customer.

Successfully completed studies (e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Informatics, Business Administration, International Business) and passion for banking and financial topics. Funded bank knowledge and ideally first practical experience in the banking and financial services sector. Strong analytical skills, ideally programming knowledge (e.g. R, Python) and experience in handling SQL databases. Curiosity, creativity and joy in innovative solutions combined with affinity for AI technologies and digital tools (e.g. Power BI). Communication strength in German and English as well as team skills.
