Software Architect - ADTF / C++ / Java / Middleware (m/f/d)

We are specialized software development partners in real-time graphics. As a partner and supplier of various premium automotive manufacturers, we support the graphical surface development for high-end cluster instruments and infotainment systems in the vehicle. In addition, we are increasingly participating in Proof-of-Concept projects and feasibility studies in Human Machine Interaction (HMI). We focus on the implementation of new technologies and their usability and implementation in the car of the future.

You plan and implement the simulation and software architecture, including middleware components and communication structures such as MQTT and VTD You implement and integrierst vehicle connections and virtual control units using ADTF for FAS/ADAS systems You acquire relevant information and agree closely with specialist departments to define signal catalogues You test, warn and care all components and start troubleshooting, recording and playback tools You document architecture and support the implementation of studies and presentations You continuously optimize the systems for high data volume and low latency, especially in the driving simulator context, and advise on the technology selection and integration of existing modules into the Audi environment

You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the software architecture for automotive systems and have proven expertise in ADTF (Automotive Data and Time-Triggered Framework) You have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable discipline You have deep knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Java as well as tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse, CanOE, SVN & Git You have experience with vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay) and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Embedded Linux) You have practical knowledge in middleware development, high data volume protocols and real-time simulations You have very good knowledge of English and German, as well as the willingness to remote work with onsite operations in Ingolstadt and an analytical thinking and team skills in international projects
