Head of Tree Control and Tree Care (m/f/d)

You lead the team with 5 tree nurses and 4 tree controllers. Together with your team and external service providers, you are responsible for the control, care and development of around 50,000 trees on our 7 cemeteries.

Your main activities:

Head of the two tree-related teams „Baumkontroll“ and „Baumpflege“ with a total of 9 employees in person, professional and organizational terms.

Further development of the tree disaster (GeoVAL). Data management including action tracking and data analysis in the digital tree cataster.

Cost control and budget planning for the tree-related teams. Participation in the implementation of necessary procurement processes.

Planning, control and monitoring of plantings. Planning, control, monitoring and accounting of services of external service providers and suppliers. Contact person for tree-protection/legal issues in cemetery trees, e.g., making technical statements in case of damages after storm or arrival damage. Maintain the tree-related vehicle and equipment park. Responsible for the occupational and accident protection status as well as the maintenance of the vehicles, equipment and equipment of the tree-related teams.
