Manufacture of petit gateaux, cakes, pastries, cuts, chocolates, tea biscuits, jams and jams Preproduction for the Afternoon Tea including sweet Petit Fours Completion and output of the Afternoon Tea’s Completion and output of desserts for banquets and à la carte Preparation work for the breakfast buffet Proper removal of the goods coming daily Filling up the Mise-en-place and preparatory work

successfully completed training as a pâtissier or Confectioner in the 5-star series minimum. 3 years of experience in the Pâtisserie excellent expertise and passion for the Pâtisserie Creativity and an Eye for Details Joy of teamwork and responsibility
