Project Management & Digitization: You conduct exciting digitalization projects in the SAP environment of a large social company and accompany them from conception to successful implementation. Process development & optimization: You develop future-oriented digital end-to-end processes that effectively support our colleagues and make administrative processes more efficient. Product Responsibility & Control: You take the technical responsibility for a product portfolio within IT and continuously develop it. Advice & Collaboration: You are the central contact person for external partners and consultants as well as for our key users in the fields of expertise and promotes successful cooperation. Training & Knowledge Transfer: You design trainings and trainings, perform these independently and support the users in the successful use of the systems.

technical qualification: You have a completed university degree with an appropriate focus or a comparable qualification that will enable you to accompany complex digital projects in a structured manner. Project Competence & Experience: You bring experience in project management and have the pleasure of making projects structured and targeted. SAP knowledge: Ideally, you already have knowledge in the SAP environment and can use it profitably in your work. Analytical Thinking & Process Understanding: You recognize relationships quickly, think solution-oriented and have a good understanding of operational processes and their digital image. Communication strength & responsibility: You convince with a clear communication, work on your own initiative and take responsibility. Technology awareness & learning readiness: You enjoy modern technologies, are open to new developments and share your knowledge with others.
