Department of Stock Logistics: Origin of goods: acceptance, visual quality control and collection of goods as well as transport-proof packaging, picking and delivery for shipping. Material flow & transport: loading and unloading of vehicles as well as safe internal transport of raw materials and patterns by means of lift trucks / forklifts. Stock management: appropriate storage of materials and regular inventory checks. Field of Engineering: Machine operation: Self-propelled brushing, start-up, operation and monitoring of a laboratory extruder in the technical unit according to specifications. Test preparation: provision and precise metering of the required raw materials and materials for the test runs. Process monitoring: monitoring of the tests, documentation of process parameters and removal of samples for quality control. Maintenance & cleaning: performing cleaning work on the machines during product change and support in simple maintenance work.
