Responsible for the design and execution planning in the context of new construction projects Superior planning, control and coordination of all measures of building renovation projects Coordination and control of construction companies, external service providers and architects (m/w/d) Monitoring and ensuring legal requirements Planning and monitoring of the project budget Consulting of internal and external contact persons (m/w/d) with planned renovation or new building projects Support in planning the annual investment budget

Successfully completed studies on the Dipl.-Ing. Civil Engineer/M. Industry knowledge of the construction industry and the metalworking industry Professional experience as project management in the above-mentioned task Funded knowledge and experience in project management Very good German and good English skills Embossed communication skills and interdisciplinary thinking skills
