You are familiar with the technical conditions of the building structures, the shell and the extension of building buildings as well as the use of the required building materials – and always keep the core in mind? As a team leader:in (m/w/d) our procurement department in the turnkey construction, with a focus on the construction and enclosure, you take on the technical leadership of a five-member team at the Munich site. In addition, you combine your technical expertise with organizational talent and a pragmatic approach. In particular, these are the following fields of activity: Technical and organisational management of the team Support for tender processing in close coordination with internal project participants An invitation to tender for material and foreign services including evaluation of the offer Working with the creation of performance directories for construction works in turnkey construction Leading procurement negotiations and participation in contract design Market and demand analysis Developing new supplier relationships and evaluating sustainable alternatives Coordination of topics in purchasing with other group units Creation of reports and key figures in the purchasing network

Complete studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or architecture Multiannual professional experience in purchasing, ideal in the construction industry Good knowledge of building and contract law Modern leadership competence Communication strength, negotiation skills and organizational talent Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and structured working Joy in taking responsibility
