Personnel Administrator - Payroll Accounting (m/w/d) Agricultural Division

Our HR Payroll team is part of the People & Culture area and is responsible for the payroll and all the personal concerns of our employees in the various business sectors. We are currently looking for support for our agri-environment – because the dynamic environment with seasonal settings, international employees as well as a diverse commercial and commercial area ensures a varied and demanding working day.

With your experience, you carry out the monthly wage and salary billing of a defined employee (commercial & commercial employees) independently and reliably and pay attention to all tax and social insurance regulations With care and system, you can provide the personal data and time management data and keep an overview of entry or exits, changes in contract or transfers You create work contracts, certificates and other personal documents that employees can rely on With your analytical view, you support the creation of evaluations and reports and you are contact person:in for employees:insides and managers

Experience in wage billing: You have 3-5 years of professional experience in pay billing and you know well in pay tax and social security law. Ideally, you already bring knowledge of A1 certifications as well as the personal management software LOGA – or you want to work on both topics. Personality and working methods: You like to work structured, have an eye for detail and love to edit to-do lists point by point. Also in intensive phases – like the monthly payrolls – you keep a cool head. Especially in the agrar section, where seasonal operations are moving a lot, your care, your organizational talent and your overview are particularly important. Education: You have a completed commercial training, ideally with personal training or a comparable qualification that distinguishes you for the position. Experience in personnel handling is of advantage – but no need: If you are still in practice in this area, we will be happy to support you with appropriate training (e.g. on personnel bases, labour law, contracting, etc.) Languages: You can control German safely (min. C1), as we communicate in both our team and our documentation mainly in German. Polish knowledge is an additional plus, as part of our client speaks: inside the agrar Polish division.
