Your jobs?

You are responsible in our property management (assistance of the management of the property management) for the entire processing of

• Locked
• Coordination of appointments and settlement of granted building permits
• master data maintenance
• General office management as well as correspondence with detainees/authorities
• Creating statistics and evaluations
• manufacture and testing; Digitization of documents and correspondence

You'll fit us if...

• you have completed professional training or comparable qualification
• you can work with MS Office applications without problems – especially with Excel
• You can also keep calm in stressful situations with your kindness
