INTRODUCTION

You take over the independent preparation and follow-up of the payroll bill in close cooperation with our external service provider - including time management, certificates, occupational retirement provision and the coordination of relevant accounting interfaces. As a central contact person, you support employees, executives, authorities and health insurance companies in all billing and personal questions. In personnel controlling and in personnel cost planning, you are responsible for the preparation of evaluations, analyses and HR reports for the safe control of our key figures. You will be involved in personal care as well as the recruiting team and accompany onboarding and offboarding as well as selected HR administration processes. In projects relating to digitalization, automation and process optimisation, you actively participate and set your own impulses to further develop our HR work.

Training: completed economic studies or commercial training with corresponding training or relevant professional experience - or a comparable qualification Know-how: Secure expertise in pay tax and social security law as well as basic labour law regulations, professional experience in pay billing, knowledge of German Working methods: High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers and complex accounting processes Personality: care, detail accuracy and precise data processing - you have fun to be successful together in the team
