Self-developing of interior design projects with a focus on dry construction and complex expansion projects Management and coordination of subcontractors and trade unions Work and construction site preparation as well as guidance of construction managers and polishing Ensuring execution in terms of quality, dates, costs and revenue Responsibility for billing and supplementary management Leadership of project-related correspondence with clients and architects

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, interior design or architecture, as an alternative qualification as a technician (w/m/d) or completed training in a building structure with further training as a master (w/m/d) or a work engineer (w/m/d) Founded professional experience in dry construction and large expansion projects of industrial and commercial real estate Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project and experience in costing programs (ideally Merlin) Very good VOB knowledge Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength, team capability and safe occurrence English knowledge is advantageous, but no requirement
