Depending on the location, you can run sophisticated construction projects with individual focus in the field of construction in the existing, residential buildings or other building projects. Successfully completed master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering (construction) or comparable degree Multiannual experience in the construction management of turnkey projects of advantage Knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Secure handling of MS Office as well as tendering and appointment programs Communication strength, enforcement capacity, team capacity as well as independent and structured functioning
