You act as a central contact (all genders) between DATAGROUP and your associated customer base You are responsible for compliance with the agreed performance promises to your customers You accompany the supply process, the project phases and the operating services, coordinate the delivery of services to customers and control the internal and external units involved. You analyze customer needs, develop and validate technical solutions and design them in offers You monitor, control and coordinate the contractually agreed Service Level Agreements, define and optimize ITIL processes and align them with customers You control the escalation management for the services you are responsible for You will ensure economic objectives, including monitoring of KPIs and the continuous implementation of measures to increase efficiency among your tasks

You have a successfully completed study of economics or business informatics or a comparable training/qualification with You have several years of professional experience in the area of work presented You have a very good overall understanding of IT services, ideally you have an ITIL certification and experience in your own customer service You have a readiness to travel about four times a month mainly to the Rhine-Main region (Düsseldorf) and to Oberursel You are very rhetorical and have a sovereign appearance also at management level Your German and English skills are very good
