To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time IT Application Manager CRM (Salesforce) (w/m/d) at the next time. As a member of our IT Applications team, you are responsible for the further development, smooth operation and support of our Salesforce CRM system. You are contact persons and the interface between sales, IT and our service providers for development.

Full responsibility for requirements engineering: from the acceptance of technical requirements to the design of suitable IT solutions together with the specialist areas Own-sponsored operation, administration and continuous development of the CRM platform Salesforce Responsibility for a consistent user, role and authorization concept Own implementation and active participation of and in projects Consulting sales and modeling and optimization of continuous end-to-end processes Technical control of the further development of the reporting and analytics solution based on QlikSense General responsibility for development processes including coordination of tests and Go-Lives Control of external service providers with a view to quality, dates and budget Responsibility for the processing of incidents, service requests and changes according to ITSM processes Ensuring sustainable and structured documentation of solutions, processes and decisions

Complete study of computer science, information technology, business informatics or comparable training 2 to 4 years of professional experience in IT Application Management Good to very good knowledge and experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Good understanding of data structures, data interfaces and data modeling Experience in the integration of CRM systems with other IT platforms and databases Good abstraction capability and the ability to understand holistic processes Strong conceptual thinking ITIL Knowledge (Foundation desirable) Project management knowledge (PRINCE2 Foundation desirable) Self-employed, responsible and structured work Excellent German knowledge (C1) Embossed service thinking and communication strength
