Your tasks...

• Self-adjustment and operation of a 3 axle CNC milling machine and CNC lathe
• Self-assembly of a conventional milling and Lathe
• Implementation of rework/changes on manufactured Workpieces made of aluminium / stainless steel and plastic
• control and ensuring dimensional accuracy and Surface quality
• Optimization of work processes and machine parameters
• Documentation of workflows and results

Your profile...

• Completed design as machining mechanic, toolmaker or comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC milling, ideally with focus on reworking
• Experience in TNC640 Programming
• safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices
• Self-employed, careful and solution-oriented work
• Teamability and reliability

additional requirements:

• Experiences in stainless steel / aluminium / and plastic Advantages
• high flexibility (constantly retrofitting the machine large Parts spectrum)
• CNC Turning Shop Turn
• first experience in CAD (measurements)
• STP support. Programming
• Maintenance and maintenance of the machine park
