Inspire IT: Support with our Software Salesforce as well as in the creation of requirements in the South-West region; independent error analysis as well as testing of our software and firmware Precisely implement: implementation of process and system training for all user groups as well as support of our sites in commissioning our software tackling tasks: care and further development of the data storage sharing point; Communication interface between customers, IT department and database and network management Promoting progress: Technical support for customers both on site and external living in cooperation: contact person for our internal departments and close cooperation with project managers; active communication with our locations in the South-West region.

Education: studies of (economic) informatics, information management or comparable or completed training in IT (e.g. Experience: first practical experience in programming databases of advantage; general understanding of business processes Knowledge: Salesforce as well as MS Office knowledge is absolutely necessary; Willingness to develop future-oriented CRM and Fieldservice systems Languages: Very good German and good English skills Working methods: High initiative and structured and independent work Personality: Embossed Enforcement, Communication Strength and Problem Solving Capacity Use: readiness to travel within the area of Baden-Württemberg; occasionally throughout Germany
