The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is the carrier of the two main hospitals Detmold and Lemgo as well as a child and youth psychiatry at the Bad Salzuflen site. As part of the University Hospital of Ostwestfalen-Lippe at Bielefeld University, Klinikum Lippe provides 1,224 plan beds annually in about 30 clinics and competence centres. 100,000 outpatient and around 50,000 inpatient patients. We are looking for reinforcement for our young, collegial and open-minded team at the Detmold Children's Hospital. We are pleased to receive applications from interns with German approval, who would like to complete their training in the field of child and youth medicine. Our children's clinic consists of 3 stations, including the neonatology (Perinatal Center Level 2) with connected children's intensive care station. Your own child surgery is also located at our site. In addition to our general paediatrics, psychosomatics, children's cardiology and neuropaediatrics in our children's clinic. Detmold is located at the foot of the Teutoburg forest in Lippe district with its really beautiful old town. The region invites you to experience nature during hiking and cycling, golfing or climbing. The Landestheater and the Musikhochschule also offer a wide cultural range

Very good cooperation with all professional groups - there are friendships that remain. You will get the opportunity to actively participate in student lessons in interest. There are plenty of doctoral programs in cooperation with the University of Bielefeld. You want to sniff into scientific work first? No problem, we promote scientific work of any kind. Active participation in your training program. You are in close contact with our management of the children's clinic and receive regular training talks beyond the logbook talks. Participation in congresses and further trainings is of course, cost acceptance by the clinic for further education topics. You learned something interesting at a congress or at another clinic?
