This is what you expect in your training:

You acquire important foundations in customer consulting and customer support In training as a merchant for mobility and transport services, you will also learn everything necessary about our travel offers, services and security services You enter and advise our customers: inside the DB Information and in the mobile service of the stations Topics such as passenger rights and fund pits also include your activities Dealing with modern communication and sales systems is part of your daily business

Your profile:

You have successfully finished school (almost) and your school degree is recognized in Germany Your German knowledge corresponds to at least the B2 language level Foreign languages are your thing anyway Also in difficult situations you keep quiet and keep an overview You are responsible, reliable and flexible
