You are contact partners for our customers and their service requests. You provide services for the repair and repair of BMA special leasing facilities and winding repair orders, services, maintenance and inspections. You are responsible for the material discussion and the relevant examination of creditor accounts. You lead a team of service mechanics and electronics, and You conduct it professionally. You work in close coordination with the technical specialist and operational staff. You are responsible for the results of the Master's Department.

Completed technical training in the relevant field (e.g. electricians or building technicians) with continued training as a master or the ability to retrieve them Multiannual practical experience in fire protection Experience in professional and professional personnel management is of advantage (but not a must!) Safe handling of MS Office User knowledge of SAP is desirable Mobility and driving licence of class B As a service manager, you should also be able to accept, work autonomously and structured, and bring together team player qualities at the same time.
