IT System Administrator / IT Specialist Coordinator – Network and Infrastructure (m/w/d)

The Evangelische Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Oberbieber looks back on a tradition of more than 150 years and is a firm size in the youth aid in Neuwied. With our dedicated team we support children, young people and young adults on their way of life. To support our pedagogical work as much as possible, we are looking for a IT expert coordinator*in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in part-time (13 hours/week) that will make our IT infrastructure future-proof.

Ensuring a smooth IT operation: monitoring the IT infrastructure, proactive cooperation with our external service provider and quick troubleshooting. First-level support: support our employees in IT problems (e.g. printers, networking, smart devices). Continuous optimization: identifying potential for improvement and implementing new technologies.

Complete IT training (e.g. IT system electronics, specialist informatics*in) At least 2 years of IT professional experience Basic knowledge of data security and data protection High trustworthiness and integrity Embossed communication capability and high service orientation Reliability, flexibility in terms of tasks and team capacity
