Knowing all business processes Through the various commercial departments of the company such as financial and accounting, purchasing, controlling and costing Learning commercial and business processes in theory and practice Active cooperation in the daily business of the respective departments Responsible handling of small projects, e.g. presentations and statistics Theoretical training in the vocational school and the group-owned training centre in Kerpen (NRW)
