As a HR Manager (m/w/d), you can support our central administration in Bargeshagen near Rostock in full time in the day-to-day business around personnel master data, contracts and HR processes. You work in a growing company in cycling (bikes & e-bikes) and you are a contact person for employees and executives. You expect an unlimited contract, an annual salary of €36,000-40,000, an annual bonus – and modern tools such as Personio as well as a digital time recording of BOS EDV-Service GmbH.

Your tasks

Closed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff Practical professional experience in human resources or in personnel management is absolutely necessary First to good experience in the care of personal master data, contracts, absences or comparable HR processes Basic knowledge of labour law and a basic understanding of social security law and wage tax Experience in dealing with time recording and absence management Basic understanding of preparatory wage accounting and relevant data and deadlines Structured, careful and discreet operation with good view for details Safe handling of MS Office or MS365, especially Outlook, Excel and Word Clear, service-oriented communication and joy in team collaboration Ideally first contact points with personio or comparable HR software

There is no need for deep specialisation in labour or wage tax law. It is important that you have already gained practical experience in human resources and can safely classify the basic relationships in the fields of labour law, time recording and preparatory wage accounting. The job also fits if you have worked as HR Assistant, Personnel Officer, Personnel Officer (administrative) or Payroll Assistant.
