Maintenance of master and contract data in the system Manual and follow-up collection, correction bookings in coordination with accounting Installation of new customers and contracts Creation of cover/recovery notes, change indications, insurance certificates, security certificates and insurance confirmations Depositing documents in electronic document management (EDV) Sales requirements and declaration control for customers Examination of profit and loss accounts Administrative activities to relieve underwriting and claims Participation in projects, e.g. stock migration, process optimization

Completed commercial training, e.g. in the fields of insurance, forwarding, bank, industry or wholesale, or proven experience in the field of the requirement profile professional experience in the commercial environment desirable; Professional starters with matching training background welcome Structured and careful operation with high quality standards Technical understanding and affinity for IT systems and digital processes Knowledge of contract and debt collection processes desirable Knowledge of digital file management
