As a member of the Executive Board of GPI Berlin GmbH, you will make a significant contribution to the future of the company In line with our growth strategy, you are responsible for continuously aligning all quality processes to the expectations of the pharmaceutical industry. With your team of motivated employees, you will ensure continuous improvement of quality results. You are the first to contact our customers in quality issues You ensure compliance with the necessary ISO standards and GMP requirements In cooperation with your management partner, you ensure that the customer expectancy is met at any time with regard to quality.

You have acquired a university degree and ideally already experience in quality management at a mass production company. You have extensive experience in change management and are able to motivate people to walk new ways. You are used in a hectic and complex environment to approach things analytically and structuredly. You work in a targeted and process-oriented manner and are able to develop both suitable and creative solutions. You want to take responsibility, initiate people and shape processes. Good knowledge of how to deal with current MS Office programs as well as English skills in word and writing
