Number: MER000451K Our area is responsible for the development and protection of modern infotainment systems in the vehicle. Interdisciplinary teams, we work on the planning, control and implementation of complex development projects. A special focus is on the efficient organization, the continuous improvement of processes, and ensuring stable working and tool environments. As part of our team, you help us to ensure the smooth running of the daily business and actively contribute to the optimization of our working methods. In this activity you support our team in the field of infotainment and project coordination in organisational and operational activities. Your tasks include: Support in organizing and coordinating meetings (e.g. appointment, agenda, protocol management)

Administrative support of executives and teams in daily business

Maintenance and structuring of project and tool landscapes (e.g. Jira, documentation systems)

Support in the maintenance and development of the team infrastructure (e.g. tools, storage structures, work environments)

Takeover of special tasks and ad hoc activities under ongoing projects

Support in tracking tasks and actions within the team

Working with the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Technical, economic or comparable study programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Interest in project work, organisation and structured work

Self-employed, reliable and careful operation

first experience with tools like Jira of advantage
