Be part of our team! We are looking for you Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

You will expertly advise the indoor and outdoor services on all issues relating to private pension provision, work force security and survivor care. You support the field service through workshops – both digitally and in presence. You develop individual solution concepts for retirement provision with a view to the needs of our customers: in order to gain clarity about their retirement provision. You have a very good market overview in the area of old age provision and supports the field service in competition offers.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance, ideally supplemented by a further education, e.g. as a specialist:in (IHK). You have a well-founded knowledge in the field of life insurance and have extensive sales experience in the advice of customers: women on retirement provision, job security and survivors. You are experienced in dealing with Microsoft 365 and have extensive experience in video consulting as well as in digital communication with customers. You recognize relevant trends early, analyze them and communicate your findings convincingly. Your profile is rounded off by high flexibility and a pronounced readiness to learn.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
