You guide the financial accounting team professionally and organizationally You actively participate in quality assurance and control of ongoing financial accounting You are planning monthly and quarterly evaluations as well as sales tax forecasts You optimize and digitize processes, for example with DATEV companies online You are contact person for Mandant:inside, tax advisor:inside You train, guide and develop employees in financial accounting

You have a completed training as a tax specialist:r, ideally with a further training on the account book holder:in or tax specialist:in. You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting and have ideally already gained first leadership experience. In dealing with DATEV and MS Office, you are versed and have the pleasure of digitizing and optimizing processes. As an empathic leader, you communicate at eye level, meet clear decisions and promote team spirit. Your knowledge of German is at a negotiated level (C1).
