Senior Accountant - Human Resources / Accounting (m/f/d)

You carry out monthly bills in the area of personnel rental and freelancing for Germany and Switzerland independently You check and process time records, travel costs and other accounting documents You create and control invoices and credits You're taking on debitor and creditor bookings. You are central contact for internal departments, customers, freelancers and external service providers You support the team in creating evaluations and meaningful reporting

You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting – ideally in the personnel service industry You know yourself well with billings in Germany and have ideally already experience in the Swiss staff rental You're safe in debitor and creditor accounting. You have already gained first experience with tools such as Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, Power Automate, QuickBooks, Excel and Agicap. Ideally, you already know yourself with VMS tools like Fieldglass or Beeline. You work quality and responsibly and you want to actively shape our finance sector. You communicate fluently and reliably in German and English (C2 level in word and writing).
