Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/w/d)

Design the digital future of CineStar

We are at the beginning of a comprehensive digital transformation. With a company-wide digitalisation roadmap over five key areas of action, we create the foundations for efficient processes, modern cooperation and a sustainable IT landscape. For this exciting journey we are looking for you - as a key technical figure of our migration, you work closely with our implementation partner and take responsibility for the operation and further development of our Microsoft-365 landscape after the Go-Live.

These are your tasks: Technical control and support of our Microsoft-365 migration

Administration and development of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Defender as well as selected Azure infrastructure components

Support in building and operating our Azure infrastructure

Implementation of security and compliance requirements

Support in the introduction of Copilot, Power Automate and Power BI

Second-level support for Microsoft-365 topics

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

That's what you bring: Comprehensive and practical experience with Microsoft-365 migrations in the business environment

Very good knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Intune

Experiences with Microsoft Defender and Purview

Good scripting skills in PowerShell for daily Microsoft-365 administration

First practical experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, for example with virtual machines, virtual networks, Azure Backup or Azure Monitor, or the willingness to work on these topics

Very service-oriented, structured and independent operation

Flowing German and English skills
