Team Leader E-Mobility in Project Development & Planning (m/f/d)

You take over the comprehensive management and quality assurance of our technical and conceptual planning projects and guide our teams along the entire value chain from project development to operation You carry out our great planning team both professionally and disciplinaryly and specifically promote its further development In doing so, you actively promote our best-practice approaches for the planning and implementation of future-oriented charging infrastructure – according to needs, innovative and at the heart of time You create effective cooperation in the team and across department boundaries, build strong partner networks, develop them continuously and tax external service providers You strengthen the market position of our services, expand our network and support strategic customers in location development in the context of e-mobility and energy transition In the agile team with colleagues from different disciplines, you develop the charging infrastructure concepts of tomorrow

You have a successfully completed study in energy engineering, renewable energies, electrical engineering, civil engineering or industrial engineering, or a comparable subject You have at least 5 years of experience in designing technical construction projects – ideally in the field of electromobility, building technology or innovative infrastructure projects (e.g. in an engineering office or a planning department) You have successfully led construction and infrastructure projects from concept development to implementation You have well-founded experience in managing project portfolios – including prioritization, risk assessment and development of sustainable solutions You have at least 3 years of leadership experience and understand how to guide and develop teams both professionally and disciplinefully You know the requirements and developments in e-mobility, are familiar with relevant standards and keeps market, technology and regulatory trends in mind You convince by a safe, positive appearance as well as by your communication strength and ability to motivate others
