Ensuring the complete technical condition of the technical installations to be supervised Responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment (e.g.: heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation) Implementation of control tours, visits and repairs operating technical systems and troubleshooting Digital documentation of activities carried out

Technical training e.g. as a plant mechanic HKLS / mechatronic for refrigeration / central heating and ventilation engineer / gas and water installer or a comparable qualification Ideally with first professional experience, but also professional entry are welcome! Service-oriented appearance, independent working and team skills German knowledge at least on level B2 / driving licence class B
