Front Office Assistant (m/f/d)

In your position as Front Office Assistant (m/w/d), you take a central role at our reception and are the first contact point for employees, visitors and external guests. A varied combination of reception, office organization and administrative and commercial support awaits you. The place is 30 hours a week and is organized in the layer model, so that the reception is occupied from 09:00 to 18:00. In addition to classic front-desk tasks, you will also participate in organizational and project-related topics.

Your tasks: Support of reception and telephone centre Contact person for employees and guests Organization of visit dates incl. Room and catering coordination Processing of emails, mail and general correspondence Ordering and administration of office material Support in auditing and ordering processes in the ERP system Date and travel organization Preparation of meetings and events General administrative and organisational support of management

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification At least two years of professional experience Very good German and good English skills Safe handling of MS Office Experience with ERP systems of advantage Friendly, professional and communicative appearance Service-oriented and structured operation
