The integrative Children's Daycare “Haus Sonnenschein” in Sangerhausen is a living place for children from the Crib to the Hortalter. Children from 0 to 14 years of age experience community, promotion and security in an environment characterised by appreciation, diversity and trust.

In our lovingly designed rooms we accompany children with a pedagogical and integrative concept on their individual development path. Creative offers, movement, game and common learning are of course part of everyday life. The basis of our work is the education programme “Education: elementary” of the Land of Saxony Anhalt. We create spaces where children can discover their strengths and unfold with joy.

Your New Task

• Planting and designing the educational everyday life in Crib, Kita and Hort
• Begleitung and promotion of individual development processes of children aged 0 to 14 years
• Initiation of creative, playful and movement-oriented educational opportunities
• Observation and documentation of child development according to educational standards
• Confidential parent work and regular exchange with caregivers
• Cooperation in the multi-professional team and co-design of kita everyday
• Integrative and resource-oriented pedagogical approaches based on “Education: elemental”**

Your profile

• Completed training as a State-recognized educator (w/m/d), Heilerziehungspfleger (w/m/d) or comparable qualification according to the specialist catalogue of the Land of Saxony Anhalt
• Freude at pedagogical work with children of different ages
• **Value-estimating attitude towards children, families and colleagues
• Creativity and enthusiasm for inclusive and development-promoting educational opportunities
• Resource-oriented mode of operation and a good pedagogical sense
• Teamability, Responsibility and Reliability
• Basic knowledge in common MS Office applications
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
