Therapy Planning & Evaluation: Implementation of anamnese, creation of individual and holistic therapy plans, guidance and training of patients:inside and evaluation of the therapeutic success. Case management: coordination and responsibility of necessary measures with external experts:includes guidance from patients:inside and relatives. Teamwork & knowledge exchange: Close cooperation in the therapeutic team with colleagues, doctors: inside and outside specialists. Networking: You support networking with potential partners.

Senior Caregiver (m/w/d). Passion for wound treatment: You burn for the treatment of chronic and hard-healing wounds and have first practice experience – we do not require a wound training. Basic medical knowledge: knowledge of basic diseases that affect wound healing or cause wounds. Personal competencies: You are communicative, you like to work independently and bring joy to complex tasks. EDV knowledge: You are EDV-safe and have fun in digital documentation.
