Consultant - Purchasing / KPI / Digitalization (m/f/d)

Together with the strategic purchasing, you can classify our supplier base, identify strategic partners:inside and targetedly guide development measures to increase innovation and performance You introduce KPI systems and scorecards, establish regular business reviews and ensure full transparency in performance. You audit supplier:inside and minimises risks in the supply chain proactive You evaluate existing and potential supplier:inside based on regulatory requirements (LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD, ISO) and ensure compliance with policies such as NIS2 or C5 Analyzing the actual situation and driving digitization in supplier management to ensure an efficient global end-to-end process from onboarding to phase out You advise internal stakeholders as an expert:in matters relevant to procurement, translate technical requirements into contractual solutions and assist in negotiations with critical international supplier:inside

You have a successfully completed degree in BWL, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable commercial qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in strategic purchasing, category management or especially in the Supplier Relationship Management You have knowledge of IT procurement categories such as software/saaS, cloud/datacenter, hardware or IT services You have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management and know how to integrate them into supplier reviews You have experience in designing and digitizing procurement processes and are safe to use common e-sourcing or SRM tools You have a pronounced 'Hands-on' mentality, feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are used to interdisciplinary thinking and acting
