Support or management of IT projects with focus on business analysis and process management: from request intake to process up to implementation and continuous improvement Implementation of business analysis activities (stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements modeling, user stories) and maintenance of a prioritized product backlog recording, modelling (e.g. BPMN), analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes; Conducting Target Processes, KPIs and Governance Use of process analytic methods and tools (e.g. process mining) to validate and prioritize improvements Design and moderation of workshops (As-Is/To-Be, Process Walkthroughs, RACI, KPI definition) Ensuring quality in the product life cycle, acceptance and handover support Central contact person:in for project teams and customers:industry, promotion of close cooperation and knowledge sharing, as well as technical guidance and coaching of juniors

Graduate degree, e.g. Economics, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering Including experience in business analysis, process management and project management in IT projects, ideally with industry knowledge in insurance, banking or retail Detectable successes in managing complex transformation projects and implementing measurable process improvements Deeper experience in process governance, KPI definition, process mining and integration of toolchains Experience in requirements engineering, BPMN process modeling and work in agile, cross-functional teams Leadership, mentoring and strategic project planning, including budget and scope management, as well as very good moderation capabilities, also at leadership level Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and very good communication skills For work in projects with our customers: you bring a Germany-wide readiness to travel as well as knowledge of German and very good English.
