Founded in 2016, C24 GmbH operates its own certified emergency call and service control (NSL) and a customer service center for BauWatch Project Service GmbH. We provide lively available, video-based remote monitoring for the prevention and discovery of burglary, theft and vandalism. Our customers can be found in the building industry, in infrastructure construction, as well as in critical infrastructure and in the energy sector. Through our many years of experience and our contacts throughout Germany, we can offer our customers a competent and individual service. We are quickly on site and offer excellent quality in the implementation of tailor-made safety solutions.

We are looking for professionals for protection and security (m/w/d) for our emergency call and service control (NSL). Strengthen us and contribute to secure and smooth communication in emergency situations. Use your skills and experience to take new challenges in a professional environment.

Working in the 3-layer system in our 24/7 emergency call and service control center

Processing of incoming alarm and fault messages

Introduction and coordination of measures provided by the customer

Telephone customer contact as well as the processing of inquiries from internal departments

Regular reporting and documentation of incidents

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Embossed service orientation and high reliability

Very good expression and German knowledge at the native language level

Quick understanding and good computer skills

driving licence, preferably class B
