Team Leader Receivables Management - Germany-wide (m/f/d)

You are responsible for debt management and debtor accounting, thereby ensuring the financial stability of the UKA. With your leadership responsibility, you lead a dedicated team, set professional standards and create transparency and reliability through efficient processes. You guide the Receivables Management team, communicate goals and priorities and ensure a fair distribution of tasks and resources You are responsible for the timely and error-free debitor accounting, including accounting, reminders and further calculations You ensure the daily booking of bank and cash bookings as well as the correct and timely execution of messages (e.g. AWV) You develop, develop and implement generic controls and continuously optimize processes and processes Supporting your employees’ personal and professional development through feedback, training and platforms for exchange of experiences, and actively supporting them in addressing challenges You ensure that the legal requirements (national and international) are complied with and act as a central contact person for all internal auditors in accounting matters

You have completed a degree in commercial training with further education on the account book holder or an economics degree You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a senior position You plan structured, organize efficiently, set clear goals and have strong persuasion and influencing to work with interfaces You have well-founded knowledge of accounting and extensive knowledge of turnover tax law You work with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g. SAP, DATEV) as well as MS Office and have knowledge in process optimization and automation
