Application Consultant (B2B SaaS) – Enablement & Requirements (m/f/d)

As Application Consultant (m/w/x), you make understandable, usable reality from requirements and releases. You bring structure into topics, translate new features into clear documentation and keep track of the fact that customers and internal teams are really operational. So you increase adoption, lower recurring questions in everyday life – and give the product team feedback that will help you directly. This means: Structure requirements, formulate user stories and acceptance criteria as well as moderate reflections Translate new features in Release Notes, How-tos, FAQ and short guides – suitable for different target groups Internal and external training (especially remote) plan and perform: onboarding, releases, core workflows Collecting feedback from training & docu systematically, recognizing patterns and returning to the product team as feasible requirements Close cooperation with Requirements Engineering, Senior Product Management, UX, as well as colleagues from documentation and training conception

You love it when a “kling complicated” becomes a “all clear, I can get started”. You can rethink yourself into different perspectives – sometimes customers, sometimes support, sometimes product – and bring order into topics that were only loose stitch points beforehand. You explain intelligible without simplifying. And you have a good sense of what information counts: short, concrete, applicable. You should also: Bringing experience in an interface roll around B2B software (e.g. enablement, training, consulting, support/CS or requirements) can communicate very well in writing – clear, structured, close to release Sovereign trainings and groups moderate (remote, interactive, with posture) have the pleasure to convey complex topics in a simple, correct and practical way work independently and can well prioritize in a dynamic environment nice to have: Experience with HR-Tech / ATS or other enterprise software, Knowledge Bases & Doku standards, configuration & workflows, and requirements engineering methods
