Payroll clerk (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for our employees and executives and with your expertise actively contribute to the further development of our clinic. In detail:

Care with responsibility: You take on your own responsibility the holistic support of a defined group of employees. Consultancy with a wide view: You are a competent and proactive person (m/w/d) to our employees and executives in all questions relating to pay and social insurance. Accounting with precision: You collect, check and report accounting-relevant master and movement data, balance receivable and billing accounts, and participate in monthly and annual accounts. Exchange with health insurance companies and authorities: You process reporting and certification and ensure a smooth flow of information between all parties. Configuring instead of managing: You bring yourself into projects and working groups and support the continuous optimization of our processes.

Complete business studies (e.g. with a focus on staff), a commercial training or comparable qualification. Good knowledge of income tax and social security law Ideally experience in applying the collective agreements of countries (TV-L) SAP knowledge desirable Service-oriented, sovereign appearance, team and communication strength, hands-on mentality, solution-oriented operation
