Working Student Innovation & Corporate Strategy (a*)

You actively shape topics related to corporate strategy and innovation and help us identify and drive new topics for the future. When building our trend and technology management, you take on your own tasks – from research to structuring to practical implementation. You analyze trends, technologies and market impulses, guide relevant findings and help to make innovation potential visible. In innovation projects, you work with disciplines, external partners and start-ups and bring different perspectives together. You will also participate in workshops, network activities and innovation formats and help develop our innovation culture.

You study economic engineering, business management, innovation management, a technical field or something comparable and are interested in strategy and innovation topics. With MS Office, especially PowerPoint, you work safely; first experiences in the project environment, networks or sales-related contexts are a plus – but more importantly, your willingness to learn is. You are curious, thinking entrepreneurial and enjoy developing and thinking new ideas. You work pragmatically and like to take responsibility for your own topics. You communicate clearly and openly, you can agree with different stakeholders and support workshops or appointments. First contact points with innovation, strategy or projects are welcome, but no prerequisite.
