You are more than one manager – with us you actively shape the relationship with our over 20,000 customers! As the first contact person, you are at your side with heart, mind and full commitment. You communicate professionally by phone and email and live an active, solution-oriented customer support. You take the requirements of our customers seriously: you document them carefully, tune with the project teams and accompany your customers to the successful implementation. Communication: You enter into telephone and written contact with our customers, listen carefully and offer targeted solutions. Offer creation: You will create individual offers that suit the needs of the customer and will be explained in detail. Procurement: You get relevant service offers and compare them carefully to ensure the best value for money. Interface: You are the central connection between customer and internal departments, coordinates information and ensures a smooth process. Purchasing and contract support: You support the purchase and contract billing in customer and disposal questions, keeps deadlines in mind and clarifying uncertainties in time. Order coordination: You process and coordinate all orders, inquiries and complaints from the disposers and customers, keep an overview and take necessary steps. brokerage: You take the brokerage between customers and disposal partners, clarify requirements and find suitable solutions. Disposition: You efficiently plan and dispose resources, appointments and capacities to ensure a timely settlement.

Professional training & experience: You have a completed commercial training and first professional experience in customer support; Experience in the waste management industry is advantageous.
