Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as building the Security Governance & Assurance team, consisting of Information Security Managers/Experts and Secrecy Experts Implementation, operation and further development of the company-wide information security management system (ISMS) according to BSI standards Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI-IT-Grundschutz, VSA, BSI Technical Guidelines) deriving and prioritizing sub-targets from the corporate and sectoral objectives within the framework of the annual target agreements and resource planning Identification and promotion of development opportunities for employees and development and implementation of the team vision in cooperation with the management team Promoting cross-border cooperation (acting in matrix organisations) and active exchange of knowledge

Completed study of the subject area BWL, Computer Science, Security Management, Business Informatics, etc., alternatively completed vocational training (e.g. Experience in team building and team management in the field of security as well as in coaching and training of employees Relevant professional practice in the field of information security and secret protection in the construction and operation of information security management systems (ISMS) according to BSI standards Good knowledge of relevant standards and standards (IT basic protection, ISO 27001, secret protection, project management etc.) Operational implementation competence and strategic-analytical action, including transparent prioritization Problem-solving competence, address-oriented communication and presentation skills as well as team spirit and a modern leadership style
