As a small, specialized team in the area of Compensation & Benefits, we work every day to develop the company's supply systems at Daimler Truck attractively and in a sustainable manner. WHAT DOOR: You independently process all the activities required on the employer's side in the context of the administration of occupational pensions (bAV) and ensure a smooth overall process – together with the external service providers.

In complex business or billing operations, you are internally and externally responsible for clarification and smooth processes.

You are responsible for the extensive data exchange with external service providers and clarifies or corrects errors – including cooperation in the continuous improvement process (KVP).

As a 2nd-level contact partner for external service providers, you advise the operating HR areas on all bAV-relevant requirements regarding data inputs, HR processes and communication.

You enter the bAV systems of domestic subsidiaries, clarify resolution issues and tax their own bAV system landscape.

You perform project-related tasks around bAV processes – e.g. on M&A projects, outsourcing, restructuring or plan changes.

You analyse new or changed requirements, develop suitable solution concepts taking into account all framework conditions and document them.

DESHALB PASST YOU ON UNS: You have a completed commercial training (IHK), e.g. insurance businessman, social security specialist or bank businessman

You have gained experience in HR and bAV processes and ideally completed training

You have basic knowledge of tax-, labour-, social-insurance and insurance-law framework conditions in the field of occupational pensions (e.g. BetrAVG, EStG, SGB, VersAusglG) and ideally about the knowledge of the supply regulations of Daimler Truck.

You like to work with large data stocks and IT applications and are structured, detailed and independent as a team player.

You're not bringing everything? No problem! Your skills are important to us, but more important is your motivation.
