Professional and disciplinary leadership of the design team Control and further development of design standards Interface management between sales, project planning, development and production Ensuring quality, capacity and timeliness in the construction process Strategic development of the construction department

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, construction or comparable Multiannual experience in managing technical teams in machine or plant engineering Knowledge in CAD (e.g. SolidWorks), ERP and PDM systems High organisational strength and communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working
