About us The melting operation is the heart of the glass production at SCHOTT. Here, state-of-the-art melting and shaping processes are controlled, monitored and continuously optimized to ensure the high quality and performance of SCHOTT special glass products. Your duties Operation and monitoring of production plants during operation Roughs, adjustments and start-up of plants and machines Perform smaller program adaptations and parameter corrections Eliminating interference and participation in error analysis Easy maintenance and maintenance Ensure product and process quality Your profile Complete technical training as an industrial mechanic, machine and plant manager or comparable Experience as a plant driver or machine operator in industrial production Knowledge of machine operation or CNC programming, e.g. from machining Good technical understanding of mechanical processes and manufacturing processes readiness to work in the 3-fold shift system (Monday-Fridays) Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
